Experimental Investigation of the Effects of Flying Time on Residual Life of Main Members of an Airframe,
Abstract
Results are given for two series of tests of wind fastening knee plates on one of the transport aircraft having varying accrued operating time under operational conditions. Data obtained can be used to estimate wing fatigue life.
