Mooring Summary 1970.
Abstract
This is the FOURTH in a series of reports intended to list and describe the moorings set by the Moored Arrays Project at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. This list includes moorings numbered 326 - 368 which were set starting in February and ending in December of 1970. The report includes a brief review of the operational efforts during the year, a list of the moorings with a brief description, and an operational account of the mooring with a drawing showing the arrangement of its components. Beside the picture of each recording instrument in the mooring is the data number of the record from that instrument. It consists of the number of the mooring followed by a fourth digit indicating the sequence of that instrument in the mooring. While the instruments are thus listed, no comment is made concerning the quality of the data recorded. (Modified author abstract)
