To make the code easier to use, many improvements have been introduced in the input and output procedures. A capability to include finite elements has been introduced in the program; however, only bar elements and membrane plate elements have been included thus far. The code is considered to be a pilot program which can be used in a study of the advantages with the use of such a hybrid code. It should also serve the purpose of defining difficulties that can be encountered in future development of such codes. (Author)
