The annual report describes highlights of the activities, accomplishments, and progress of the MIL-HDBK-5 program from February 15, 1972, through February 15, 1973, regarding the major functions: (1) liaison with cooperating organizations, (2) assessment of design allowable data requirements, (3) data collection and processing, (4) data analysis and reporting, (5) participation in special task groups, and (6) administrative.
