Determination of the Electromechanical Coupling Coefficient of an Inter-Digitally Poled Transducer on a Piezoelectric Ceramic,

Abstract

An interdigital surface wave transducer on a piezoelectric ceramic with the polarization directed from one comb to the other is described. The electromechanical coupling coefficient and electrical efficiency as a function of poling strength are determined from driving point impedance measurements. (Author)
