On the So-Called 'de Graaff Hunter reduction' (Pro tak Zvanu 'Reduktsiyu de Graaf Khantera'),

Abstract

The paper is a discussion of the de Graaff Hunter reduction. After comparing this method with others, it is found that the de Graaf Hunter method is neither practically simple or faultlessly theoretical as it appears. Better results can be obtained using the mean heights of 'blocks' with the boundaries between the latter being determined on the basis of geotectonic data. (Author)
