Volume 7 of an eleven volume series gives statistical data on U.S. Navy and Marine Corps covering for Navy enlisted personnel such elements as procurement, advancement, skills, career motivation, supply vs, requirements, and retention experience; for Navy officer personnel the elements of strength and rank distribution, procurement, promotions, retention experience including resignations and retirements, present conditions and requirements, and problem highlights; and similar data for Marine Corps officer and enlisted personnel.
