Volume 8 of an eleven volume series on enlisted personnel retention in the Navy and Marine Corps contains statistical data by DOD group for continuance inputs such as reenlistment, advancement and conversion, and downgrading; and continuance outputs such as expiration of enlistment, transfers and losses to officer programs, separation for disability, retirement, and administrative discharges.
