Abstract

Volume eleven of an eleven volume report on Navy and Marine Corps personnel retention describes a number of proposals considered by the Task Force along with the procedures reported, a few of which include chain of command, CONUS billets, ratings extensions, sports and physical fitness, housing modernization, information program staffing, and continuous service reenlistment periods.
