Ocean Dynamics Remote Sensing Study.
Abstract
Three of the objectives of the N.Y.U. AAFE program were: (1) to develop improved theories for radar sea return; (2) to define the spectrum of a wind-roughened sea as completely as possible over a full range of wave numbers; and (3) to apply the wave spectrum to the improved theory for sea return.
