Some Problems in the Development of Programs for the Diagnosis of Malfunctions in Devices in a Digital Computer System,
Abstract
At the present time the development of a method for the construction and methods of organization of the operation of programs for the diagnosis of malfunctions in digital devices has become pressing. The presence of such a method eases the development of diagnostic programs and is one of the phases in the automation of their construction. In the present work an attempt is made to generalize the engineering experience accumulated by the authors in the compilation of diagnostic programs for devices included in the composition of a digital computer system.
