Abstract
Formulas are given to find the critical parameter of nonuniform loading and ensure an accuracy sufficient for engineering calculations. If the accuracy yielded by the formulas is insufficient and one is forced to use a computer, then the data obtained from the formulas can ease the computer calculations.
