The Developmental Tendencies of Integrated Magnetic Circuits,

Abstract

The basic trends of development of integrated magnetic circuits are examined. Questions of the construction of circuits with branched cores which use the principle of balanced current distribution, questions of the construction of logic circuits on thin magnetic films, and also principles of the construction of magnetic logic and memory units on the basis of controlled domains in solid-state structures manufactured by the method of group integral technology are examined. The prospects for the development of magnetic microelectronics on the basis of the production of functional instruments which fulfill required functions with a lower number of local heterogeneities than in semiconductor integrated circuits which use principles of element integration are discussed.
