Hybrid Neuristor Lines Based on p-n-p-n-Structures,

Abstract

A description is given of the development and study of hybrid neuristor lines of two forms: with the coupling between the elements on two common base regions and on one common base. The basic electrical characteristics depending on structure, values of the passive elements and operating mode of the neuristors are measured. (Author)
