On the Relation between the Radiated Power and the Received Power Due to Gyrating Electrons in Ambient Plasma,

Abstract

It is shown that the rate of energy radiated per unit of solid angle and frequency interval by a gyrating electron in an ambient magnetoactive plasma is related to the rate of energy received per unit of solid angle and frequency interval by a distant observer. (Modified author abstract)
