Two-Particle Electrodisintegration of the He(3) Nucleus (O Dvukhchastichom Elektrorasshcheplenii Yadra He(3)),

Abstract

General formulas for the differential cross section for two-particle electrodisintegration of the He(3) nucleus are obtained in terms of matrix elements with respect to spatial wave functions of the He(3) nucleus and the proton-deuteron system. The calculations were performed using a Gaussian function for the ground state of the He(3) nucleus. The function for the final state included the interaction between the resulting proton and deuteron. It is shown that in many cases the He(3) electro-disintegration cross section strongly depends on the interaction in the final state. (Author)
