Abstract

The report includes abstracts and bibliographic lists on contractual subjects that were completed in March 1973. The major topics are laser technology, effects of strong explosions, geosciences, particle beams and material sciences. A section on miscellaneous interest is also included. A report on a Soviet tunneling rocket was published separately as the March optional topic. Laser coverage is generally limited to high power effects. All current laser material is routinely entered in the quarterly laser bibliographies. An index identifying source abbreviations and a first-author index to the abstracts are appended.
