Mass Spectra of Lewisite and Arsenic Trichloride.
Abstract
Mass spectra are given for dichloro(trans-2-chlorovinyl)arsine and chloro bis(trans,trans-2-chlorovinyl)arsine, which are components of the mixture called Lewisite, and for arsenic trichloride. Metastable and isotope peaks document proposed fragmentation schemes for all compounds. A discussion of the data in terms of the geometrical isomers of the arsines is included. (Author)
