Research Summary for the Period 1 December 1971 to 30 November 1972,

Abstract

Research on aeroelastic stability and response problems have been carried out this past year in several areas. It includes an investigation of compressible flow induced instabilities on thin shell structures, the suppression of interfering lifting surface phenomenon, and the active control of vehicle responses thru an active suspension system concept. A brief review of this research is presented. (Author)
