Advanced Concepts for Guidance and Control of Tactical Missiles.

Abstract

The report presents a summary of research concepts for guidance and control of tactical missiles sponsored by the Office of Naval Research under Contract No. N00014-69-C-0391, from 1 April 1969 through 31 October 1972. The topics treated in this study include autopilot and guidance law design and guidance system performance analysis. Applications of adaptive and optimal control, parameter identification, stochastic control, and nonlinear systems analysis techniques are investigated. (Author)
