Microfiber Glass Discs, a New Support for Skin Organ Cultures

Abstract

A model system was developed for studies of the direct effects of high pressure oxygen on skin growth and viability. The data demonstrate the feasibility of the system in studies of the effects of hyperoxygenation by exhibiting the toxicity of 100% oxygen under the conditions employed.
