Army ROTC -- The Real Problem.
Abstract
A study is made of the enrollment problem confronted by ROTC on the non-military type campus today. It encompasses difficulties that have surfaced in the past, actions that have occurred to off-set these difficulties, and actions that are required to further strengthen the program. A plan is presented that will increase ROTC enrollment.
