Fire-Protection System in USS Planview (AGEH 1).

Abstract

A proposed fire-protection plan is described in terms of a prototype installation aboard USS PLAINVIEW (AGEH 1). The system is based on shipboard subsystems for detection and alarm, flooding, and high-expansion foam. Guidance for use of the systems, as well as instructions for maintenance and testing, is provided. (Author)
