Military Civic Action. Evaluation of Civilian Techniques.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine whether civilian government agencies and nongovernment organizations engaged in international development assistance are employing methods or techniques that might profitably be adopted by U.S. or allied armed forces to enhance their capability to perform military civic action missions.
