Military Civic Action. Volume 1. Evaluation of Civilian Techniques in International Development Assistance

Abstract

The purposes of the research effort were (1) to study and evaluate methods and techniques employed by U.S. civilian agencies in international development assistance; (2) to compare civilian methods and techniques with similar aspects of military civic action; and (3) to formulate recommendations for direction of military civic action based upon this analysis and comparison.
