Dynamics of Two-Phase Flow.

Abstract

The report presents experimental data and a nonlinear distributed analytic model for describing two-phase flow in a monotube vapor generator. The experimental studies used R-11 as a working fluid in a vertical sixteen foot tube. Experimental frequency response data are presented for channel inlet impedance and exit void fraction. Comparisons of the experimental data with the nonlinear analytic model show favorable agreement. (Author)
