Probabilistic Models and Statistical Inference in Reliability, Life Testing, and Fatigue Failure.
Abstract
Research has been completed in the areas of life testing of used and new systems, reliability bounds for various types of systems, Bayesian estimation of reliability, availability theory for multicomponent systems, stochastic comparisons of random processes with applications in reliability, nonstationary shock models, reliability applications of multivariate Schur concave probability densities, parameter estimation of multivariate exponential distributions for various sampling situations, shock models with underlying birth processes, total positivity properties of generating functions, probabilistic models describing component or system wearout, and sensitivity of the Wilcoxon test to dependency between samples.
