New Progress Functions - with Probability Modifers.

Abstract

The report presents the development of a progress function for total cost. The function is cubic for early production and becomes of the power equation form y = a(x to the (-b) power) in later production. A technique is presented, based on relative probability relationships, for calculation the new progress functions. The function is supported by historical production records. (Author)
