Adhesives for Pallets.

Abstract

The report reviews 20 years of research by Forest Products Laborattory, including both laboratory and actual service evaluations of adhesive-assembled pallets. Currently no adhesive system possesses all of the necessary characteristics, but evidence indicates the technology appears to be available to work towards meeting the requirements. The severity of the rough-handling environment may be a factor to consider in deciding whether or not to use adhesive-assembled pallets. (Author)
