The Army AWOL: A Leadership Challenge.

Abstract

The monograph regards the Army's rapidly rising AWOL problem in CONUS today. Emphasis is given to the areas in which proficient leadership can have a marked effect in reducing the problem. Study was accomplished by library research and documents obtained from military agencies. (Modified author abstract)
