A Double Saddlepoint Conjecture for Skew Matrices.

Abstract

A finite class of skew matrices of order n over an ordered field is associated with a self-dual linear system. It is conjectured that at least one matrix in the class has both a nonpositive row and a non-negative row, and the author proves the statement for special cases. (Modified author abstract)
