An Input-Output Model of the Army for Decisionmakers.

Abstract

The paper presents a management aid for Department of the Army decisionmakers which is sufficiently precise and properly oriented to allow forecasting of the impacts throughout the Army of actual or potential changes in fund allocations, personnel strengths, or functional requirements. It is input-output analysis--as an aid to Department of the Army decisionmakers.
