Utilization of WAC Personnel in TDA and TOE Units.
Abstract
The study concerns the feasibility and desirability of changes to current policies pertaining to the utilization of WAC personnel. Current policies and practices applicable to WACS of the active Army and the Reserve Components were reviewed, with primary concentration on those for enlisted women. The utilization of enlisted women in other services was also examined. (Modified author abstract)
