Self-Regulation as an Aid to Human Effectiveness

Abstract

Research efforts were directed toward determining the relation of self-regulated EEG and autonomic activity to performance. The specific research efforts were in brain activity, somatic activity, autoregulation of vasomotor tone, cardiovascular studies, auto-control of pain, and sleep induction.
