Formulation and Management of the Civil Works Research and Development Program.

Abstract

The Corps of Engineers conducts a research and development program, costing about $12 million annually, in support of its civil works mission. The program is conducted at five research centers, it embraces many technical disciplines, and has diverse technical and functional objectives. The report reviews the management of the civil work program.
