Manufacture of Multicolor Electroluminescent Chips,

Abstract

The main difficulty in the manufacture of multicolor EL chips consist of the need to individually place the phosphers with different color of luminescence on the base and independently switch them with respect to voltage. The authors have developed a photographing method for manufacturing the multicolor chips.
