Abstract
The report consists of an environmental analysis in two parts: random solar heat pointing error; and the hydrostatic bearings design in three parts: azimuth axis thrust bearing, azimuth axis radial bearing, and evaluation axis radial bearing. These subjects are critical design criteria for the optical radar angle tracking mount.
