Marching versus Nonmarching for a Periodic Incompressible Viscous Flow Problem.

Abstract

A fourth-order, time-dependent, partial-differential flow equation is solved by a coupled pair of finite-difference equations. Three marching techniques are compared with each other and with a nonmarching technique. (Author)
