Does ROTC Have A Place on the College Campus.
Abstract
The purpose of the essay is to follow the development of ROTC from it's beginning to the present program. From the historical base a projection is made as to the continuing significance of the ROTC program to the university, the student, and the Army. Feasible improvements which will further strengthen the program are discussed. (Author)
