Is ROTC Losing the Campus Campaign.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to identify current dangers to the Army Senior ROTC Program and to recommend courses of action to eliminate or to minimize these threats. Another purpose is to determine whether the current antimilitary syndrome, as it applies to ROTC, will continue and whether the program can survive these onslaughts, present, past, and future.
