Device for Simulating the Pressure Field during an Explosion,

Abstract

Present devices do not take into account the reflection of shock waves off free surfaces or wave interference during simultaneous and slow-speed detonation of several charges. The proposed device is distinguished in that in order to expand the class of problems solved it contains a two-input adder having each input joined to an electrohydrodynamic analogy model which in turn are connected with pulse shaping units, which are connected to the control unit while the adder output is tied into the indicating device.
