An Examination of Factors Relating to Retention of United States Military Academy Graduates.

Abstract

Graduates of the United States Military Academy, who received concentrated professional and motivational training, have served traditionally as the backbone of the United States Officer Corps. The fact that numbers of these graduates resign after completing their service obligation deserves special attention. Factors influencing graduates to resign were identified.
