Red Chinese Foreign Policy in South-Central Africa: Its Impact on United States African Policy and Recommendations for Strategic Change.

Abstract

The essay examines the presence of the People's Republic of China in South-Central Africa, particularly in Zambia, and analyzes the present involvement. It points out the existing local irritants that encourage Communist expansion and recites the policies and activities of the Red Chinese on site. Finally, the African policy of the United States is postulated and recommendations are made for a strategic future program designed to meet and overcome any further encroachment by the communists.
