Study of Contact Resistance in Thermoelectric Materials,

Abstract

In semiconducting thermoelectric batteries, contact electrical resistance arising when switching thermal elements decreases their effectiveness. A method for measuring contact resistances of the semiconductors is proposed that is based on an increase in the number of switching layers in a test piece.
