Electrical Properties of Silver Doped Antimony Telluride (Elektricheskie Svoistva Tellurida Surmy Legirovannogo Serebrom),

Abstract

Monocrystalline specimens of Sb2Te3 were grown, alloyed with various percentages of Ag, from a melt by the Czochralski method. The temperature dependences of electric conductivity, all coefficient and thermo-emf of the specimens produced were studied in the 77-500K interval. (Author)
