Heat Transfer in Steel Sheet Rolling,

Abstract

In contrast to the generally accepted method of calculating temperature conditions on the basis of the mass-average temperature in a metal undergoing rolling, the proposed method takes into account the nonuniformity of the temperature distribution which occurs vertically in the rolled piece.
