Studying Reliability of Majority Structures with Restoration,

Abstract

An analysis is presented of the majority structures with restoration of the failed elements with a multiplicity of redundancy equal to three. A gain in the reliability of the majority structures is determined with respect to the nonredundancy circuit. Majority structures ensuring certain reliability in the interval of time (0, t) are synthesized at a known rate of failures and restoration of their elements.
