Solid Propellant Ballistic Missile,
Abstract
In the report, on the basis of the materials published in the open Soviet and foreign presses, the tasks of ballistic design of solid-propellant rockets are formulated. Typical structural diagrams are given for guided ballistic missiles with engines on solid propellant and the methods of calculation of the elements of their trajectories in connection with the tasks of ballistic design. Approximation methods are illuminated and the concept given about the precise methods of ballistic design.
