Abstract

The principal objectives of the OT and E study have been to assess the effectiveness of the organization for and the conduct of OT and E throughout the Department of Defense, to determine whether significant changes are required, and based upon these findings to develop any required policy guidance for the conduct of OT and E of weapons, weapons systems, and supporting systems and equipment.
