Abstract

A comparison of systems procurement and systems management practices of DoD, NASA, and the AEC was undertaken. The task was so defined that one might distill out of certain NASA and AEC successes some insight or conceptional approach to these matters which would prove applicable to procurement and management of major DoD systems.
